• Worked with MultiView to create a more user-friendly experience with ecommerce capabilities for its customer extranet portal
• Came up with strategic ways to more easily sell advertising upgrades to MultiView customers who already utilized the portal
• Designed and created sitemap, wireframes and technical architecture documents needed for internal programming team to implement website upgrade
• Oversaw and provided creative direction for website
